The organization was founded by Dr. Miss. S. Vijayabanu (Honorary doctorates of social welfare), a social activist and with a team of social minded members has formed the organization, who had involved in the service sector for more than 20 years, and the intervention undertaken in the remote villages has revealed the fact that, the tribal and rural women are the most vulnerable people groups in the society and that, they are easily carried away by false promises and made to be an instrument to fulfill the needs of the dominant to some.
